Sab Chalta Hai, Sab Firta hai

I abhor this statement 'Sab Chalta Hai, Sab firta hai' ! I mean it is prevalent amongst most Indians who just want to get on with their daily lives without seeking perfection in what they do. May it be their job or any activity they participate into. Also, I feel most of us just follow the mob and aim to earn just about enough to make themselves capable to pay for their daily survival.
I feel the root of the problem lies with upbringing where children see their parents follow the same pattern. Why isn't their any social seriousness about making a work perfect or having etiquettes of even conversing with someone else? Cause we are not trained to do so. I believe that the theory about the brave new world can definitely lead to a society where everyone's perfect in their jobs. But again, it has many flaws. For the world to survive, it needs imperfections. Right, I get that, but is India one of the factors playing a major role in that? I don't want that but sadly I am forced to believe. Wat do we do about this?
Upon scrutinizing upon this, I came to a conclusion wherein I seriously think that our education system is at fault. No student when he is high school knows what he wants to take up in college. Most of them decide on the basis of what his friends are taking up or what their parents say. No one really identifies what they are interested in and finalizes on what course he should be taking up. So, ultimately, he takes up a random course which he is not interested in, and reluctantly passes his semesters.Might want to add that college plays a very important role in de-motivating them. They just give importance to the fixed subjects they have taken up with no intention to providing the knowledge to the students as to what the particular subject is providing them with and the value of the same in the industry. Of course, this leads to the students to be confounded with options after their graduation as to what they should have done seriously and what is required as of he current market.
I really am unable to put enough justifications here as they might increase the length of this blog to I guess around 10,000 words !! But what I am saying is that we seriously need the change among students to view education seriously! I really don't know how but I am surely thinking. We need recognition for students good not only in education but also in fields like arts, literature, sports, drama etc.
Only a particular sense of seriousness towards these things can lead to perfection in respective fields which can lead to a better India. There's a need, there is a need for change !
